Automatic drain plug for Charge Air Coolers

This automatic drain plug is designed to evacuate condensation water created during the operation of the charge air coolers (intercooler) at certain operating points of the engine or cooled system.

The drain is automatically opened when the pressure is low (engine off or idling) to drain condensation water, and the drain closes when the engine is loaded to eliminate leakage and achieve the best engine performance.

This drain is compatible to be mounted on MOTA charge air coolers.
