Two of our employees, Caroline and Eric, have each embarked on an incredible adventure, combining a passion for sport and competitiveness.
Caroline: Unshakeable determination
Caroline, a long-time enthusiast of running, has always dreamed of completing a marathon. Her journey has been marked by many challenges, but her determination led her to sign up for the Paris Marathon pour Tous.
For Caroline, every kilometer is a victory. She has devoted many hours to training, juggling work and running sessions. Her preparation for the 42 km 195 of the Paris Olympic Marathon strengthened her stamina and mentality. Caroline saw this race as an opportunity to surpass herself and proudly represent her company among 20,000 participants, half of whom were women.
Eric: A single credo "Performance"
Eric, for his part, has always been a fervent advocate of surpassing oneself. He discovered running as a way to channel his energy. His participation in the UTMB , the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc, a mythical race that attracts the world's best trail runners with its mountainous trails and impressive vertical drops, represents for him not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to push back his limits. This year, we salute his ranking of 256th out of 2760 participants.
Their determination and passion for the sport have inspired a real dynamic within the company. Our MOTA RUNNING TEAM takes part in the Marseille Cassis and other races every year.
While Caroline and Eric have experienced some exceptional moments, they remind us that sport is a source of inspiration and connection. Their story is one of two enthusiasts who, together, share goals, challenges and an unforgettable human adventure. The Marathon pour tous and UTMB are not just competitions, but celebrations of sportsmanship, performance and camaraderie. Values that MOTA promotes on a daily basis.
Well done and thank you both.
